How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in USA and China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our USA warehouse are shipped through USPS and ePacket.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to most countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of bestebuys.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

The 10 inch dash cam rearview camera. CarPlay with GPS navigation through CarPlay works very well but the review camera has an issue that I cannot hook it up so I’m still relying on a previous unit to work which is mounted in the dash. It hooks up automatically to my phone when I hop in as long as I have Bluetooth turned on at the moment I touch maps. It comes up with maps as to where I am located so therefore the satellite Tracker works well all in all, very pleased with The unit, just wish I could get the reverse camera to work properly

Good multimedia center, the touch response is accurate and the connections are fast. Only problem in my view is that unlike the other does not connect directly to the car Bluetooth, it is necessary to connect with the phone itself. I missed the suction cup holder also in the full version…

The device itself is ok, it came on time with no problems. The only thing I don’t like is the sound quality, I manage to route the sound thru a bluetooth adapter from the phone to the car stereo, tho sound that comes from the device is terrible, every source i’ve tried.

works well.little learning curve on settings. device can be frustrating until familiar. audio side lacks intuitive flexibility design. but can easily overcome. expect to spend time to understand hud.overall concept is great. user friendly is little lacking. practice is required.. I do personally like the hud.display and amazed at ease of screen resolution on the eye the .camera dual is 100% and can not be faulted. just a few tweaks to the item would make it an amazing addition to a vehicle driver aid.

I’m testing the display, the touch works fast. The FM transmission of it to the car multimedia felt the mono sound, it seems a little bit erased in the sound quality, I have not tested yet by P2 cable this connection functionality. I am satisfied, size is cool and the screen quality very good too. I recommend

The item that I selected was accurate but the description was unclear. I didn’t realize that the one that I selected didn’t have a front camera or the wiring / adapter to hook up a rear camera which I did actually want.

Quickly and automatically connects with Android Auto. Good quality display, good viewing angles. No dedicated smartphone app to preview camera footage despite WiFi connection, no way to preview recordings on the device. You need to remove the card and connect under the computer. Despite these minuses, it is approx.
